Here’s what you can expect:

Go ahead—fill out the form. Tell us about your project, your estimated budget, and let us know how to contact you.

Discovery Call

Once we receive your form, the team will schedule a discovery call with Caleb, our Owner. This is where you can talk to more logistics, details, and design vision. Based on the features that you want in your project, Caleb can talk through a rough budget based on our standard price ranges.

Discovery Questionnaire

Once we schedule your onsite visit, we’ll send you a questionnaire to complete and return to us before your onsite consultation. This information is super helpful for our team—do you have kiddos? Fur kiddos? Football parties? Our gears start turning depending on your dreams for the space.

Onsite Visit

We’re all on the same page about the overall direction, it’s time to say hello in person, walk through the space together, and nail down more specifics. Caleb will take some measurements, take some photos, and gather the information we’ll need to do a full design. The cost for the onsite is $85, this covers our time to meet with you and provide our professional services and vision for the space.

Design Proposal

After the onsite visit, you’ll receive a detailed proposal with pricing for the design phase. Choose between 2D layouts or realistic 3D renderings. A 50% deposit gets us started.

Official Design

Our team creates a detailed mockup of your space within two weeks. You’ll have the chance to review, request tweaks, and approve the design with the final payment.

With the design approved, we’ll provide a comprehensive build estimate. This includes detailed pricing, accurate timelines, and the full scope of work to bring your vision to life.
