Here's what you can expect
01. Project inquiry
Go ahead—fill out the form. Tell us about your project, your estimated budget, and let us know how to contact you.
02. Discovery Questionnaire
We’ll send you a questionnaire to fill out and send back to us. If you can, you’ll attach some photos to your email of your current space. This information is super helpful for our team—do you have kiddos? Fur kiddos? Football parties? Our gears start turning depending on your dreams for the space.
03. Discovery call
Once we receive your questionnaire and determine your space would be a great fit for us, the team will schedule a discovery call with Caleb, our Owner. This is where you can talk to more logistics, details, and design vision. Based on the features that you want in your project, Caleb can talk through a rough budget based on our standard price ranges.
04. onsite visit
We’re all on the same page about the overall direction, it’s time to say hello in person, walk through the space together, and nail down more specifics. Caleb will take some measurements, take some photos, and gather the information we’ll need to do a full design. The cost for the onsite is $100, this covers our time to meet with you and provide our professional services and vision for the space.
05. design proposal
A few days after the onsite, we’ll send you a design proposal with detailed pricing for the design phase of your project. Designs can include an organized 2D packet of visual designs, or more realistic 3D designs for a higher fee. If you love the design proposal, you’ll submit a 50% deposit as a go-ahead for us to get started on your designs.
06. official design
The fun part! We work with our design team to create a visual mockup of your space so you can really start to see it all come to life. This usually takes about two weeks. Then we’ll send back to you for approval or tweaks. Once you love the design, you’ll pay the last 50% of the design fee.
07. Build estimate
Once we’re aligned on design, we can price out the full build of the project and give you an accurate idea of timelines and scope.
08. Start building!
Our team will keep you posted on all the scheduling magic throughout the project. Remember, we only work with ultra-reliable, easy-to-work-with folks, and our team stays involved from start to finish to make sure you’re thrilled with the results.
